FINANCIAL POLICY
We make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient options to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any concerns or questions, please ask our staff.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Our trained staff can help you estimate what your coverage might be. However, payments from insurance companies can sometimes be unpredictable. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. If your insurance fails to pay you are fully responsible for all fees and charges.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
For your convenience we accept Visa and MasterCard. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered.
CareCredit® is also available to help you pay for dental procedures your insurance doesn’t cover. CareCredit® offers both No Interest* financing or low minimum monthly payment options so you can take care of your dental health.
